Yes — I offer in-person sessions in Miami as well as telehealth (online therapy) for clients who prefer to meet virtually.
In your first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like support with. Together, we’ll begin creating an action plan to help you navigate your concerns and move toward your goals.
I provide therapy for a variety of concerns, including: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life transitions / major life changes, Mood swings
Major life changes, academic pressure, or work-related stress can take a toll on mental health. Therapy offers a space to process these challenges, develop stress-management skills, and build confidence during periods of transition. Support is tailored to help clients feel more grounded and emotionally prepared.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to your needs. My approach often includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and goals, and we’ll decide together what schedule feels most supportive.
My fee is $170 per session.
