Astrid works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach focuses on building a strong, trusting relationship while helping clients understand the root causes of emotional distress. Through practical coping strategies and evidence-based techniques, Astrid guides clients toward emotional stability, resilience, and long-term well-being.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, Astrid is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where every client feels seen and supported.
